The useful plan is the one that fits your normal screenings. Think about people, running time and stored videos before comparing Zopley's current plan details.
1. Start with a typical evening
Write down how many people usually join and how long you watch. Include occasional longer sessions, such as a double feature. A quick test with one friend does not represent a regular film club with a larger group.
Write down a typical session's guest count, viewing minutes and uploaded videos. Use your real routine instead of a hypothetical largest event.
For a structured way to prepare a screening, use the Into Film club planning guide and adapt the activities to your own group.
- Arrival 5 min
- Film / episodes 100 min
- Breaks 5 min
- Conversation 10 min

2. Read the current limits
Open the pricing page and compare participant capacity, shared viewing allowance, upload limits and active storage. Use the values shown there rather than a remembered offer. Plan features can affect room controls as well as available resources.
Compare those numbers with the current pricing and account screens. Do not use an old screenshot as proof of today's limits.
The W3C accessible media guide explains captions, transcripts and audio description. Ask which options your guests need, then test them before the session.
3. Include your video library
If you mainly show personal recordings, consider how much space you need for videos that stay active. Check the size of your typical files. A plan that fits one short clip may feel cramped for several longer edits.
Add the storage already occupied by videos you want to keep. An occasional upload can still consume space between screenings.
Check the actual date and cities in timeanddate's Meeting Planner before sending the invitation. Seasonal clock changes can alter the time difference.
4. Leave margin for the session
Review your remaining usage before a longer gathering. If the evening needs more capacity than your account provides, adjust the plan or the program beforehand. Keep the invitation realistic about the number of people and the length you can host.
Leave room for an intermission and discussion within any viewing allowance. Recheck limits before a larger session rather than promising unlimited use.
