Permitted use

Only with content that you actually have the right to access or reproduce.

The host configures room access and playback controls.

The rooms are designed for closed access by code or link.

Features, limits, and availability may change as we iterate.

Zopley is for creating private synchronized playback rooms, not for redistributing content without permission.

Each person should use Zopley only with material that they are authorized to access, review, or reproduce.
The platform is designed for private sessions, internal demos, reviews and closed watch parties.
Access to a room does not replace licenses, permissions or agreements that apply to shared content.
Using the service implies accepting these rules and acting in good faith with the other people in the room.

The host configures room access and playback controls.

The host can share access by code or direct link and decide who opens the room with.
Playback can use host control or shared control, depending on the configuration and available features.
Participants must respect the room's access and conduct rules.
If the host regenerates access or logs out, availability to other participants may change immediately.

The extension requires a Zopley account and authorized access to the same content for each participant.

Streaming integrations are experimental. Compatibility may change with the player, region, plan, ads and external service updates.
The extension does not provide third-party subscriptions, share their credentials, download or retransmit their videos, or bypass access restrictions.

Each participant is responsible for the content they upload, share or reproduce, as well as for their use of the service.

You must not use the platform for material that is illegal, infringing, misleading or that violates the rights of third parties.
It is also not permitted to impersonate, harass, distribute malware or use the room to harm other people.
If we detect clearly abusive use, we may limit access, close rooms or apply reasonable protection measures.
The service is offered as an operational tool; The legal evaluation of the content corresponds to the person who uses it.

The product may change, improve or adjust functions over time. Not everything that appears in tests is guaranteed.

We can modify capabilities, limits, interface or flows of Zopley as the product evolves.
There will be features in testing, progressive rollouts, or experience changes as we iterate the service.
We make a reasonable effort to communicate important changes to public pages, pricing or legal documentation.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability or total absence of errors, although we do work to maintain stability.

If a legal or operational question arises, the correct channel is direct contact. We prefer to solve real cases, not hide them.

Support responses seek to explain the current status of the product and are not a substitute for professional legal advice.
